If your application is successful, ICA will issue you an mcu murah In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. Your Student’s Pass will only be issued if you meet all the medical check up murah requirements stipulated in the letter.
You must be in Singapore on a valid immigration pass to collect your Student’s Pass. If you require a visa to enter Singapore for this purpose, the visa will be included in your In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter. You may enter Singapore by producingthe IPA letter at the immigration checkpoint, where you will be granted a Visit Pass.

ICA Building
Collection of Student’s Pass is strictly by appointment. Visit e-Appointmentto select an appropriate date and time.
Bring all the documents listed in your IPA letter to ICA Building at:
Visitor Services CentreICA Building10 Kallang Road, Level 4 Singapore 208718(next to Lavender MRT station)
When you arrive for your appointment, proceed to Self-Service Ticketing Kiosk and medical check up take a ticket to join the queue.
Your school may arrange a time for you to pick up your Student’s Pass at an offsite location. In this case, the school will advise you of the date, time and venue for this offsite enrolment. Once you arrive in Singapore, you must report to thislocation as scheduled to collect your Student’s Pass.
If you have not been scheduled for any offsite enrolment, you must collect your Student’s Pass at ICA Building.
A S$60 issuance fee for Student’s Pass and a S$30 for Multiple Journey Visa (if applicable) are payable via Internet Banking, AMEX, a Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card online.
Work Pass Exemption for Foreign Students
